Club Membership Guidelines and Advantages

1. Cost of Club Membership: The Club donates $30/ member annually (as it stands in January of each
year). WFC is a non-profit organization. This cost entitles the club to use the clubhouse for regularly scheduled meetings at no extra cost EXCEPT for any set-up needs that the caretaker needs to tend to. NOTE: Regarding regularly scheduled meetings, the clubhouse would like to keep weekends free from club meetings so as to leave room for community rentals.

2. Additional Rental: Should any member wish to rent the space for their own personal party/activity (independent of their club) they will get a 25% discount on the rate. Any additional hours beyond the 4 hour rental rate is $15/hour.

3. House Ownership: It is important to understand that as a member of a federated club (one which is part of this Clubhouse), each member of all clubs are equal owners of the WFC. It is all of the club’s and its members responsibility to step forward when needs of the WFC become apparent: This may be in the form of serving on the WFC Board, taking an office position, donating time and or money as
necessary. Should the House ever be sold, all members would share equally in the profit.
